Pilates & Yoga modified & exluded postures for better posture, movement & health. (All based on the Dr Stuart McGill proven methodology & research based evidence)


The American and Canadian armed forces follow the McGill methodology. No more forward bending eg sit-ups, roll downs and other dangerous postures. This has resulted in a big reduction in spine injuries amongst the G.I.'s. At the same time core muscles have become stronger. A classic case of more for less, a key theme with all aspects of PilogaFit corrective exercise. 

The scientific emphasis is on working smarter, not harder.

The exercises in this class are done standing. (sitting options if required) 

Soft shoes or no shoes.


So no getting down to the floor in this class.


No exercise mat required in this clas only.


Includes using Theraband latex free elastic exercise bands.

These top therapy bands are often used in rehabilitation.


Resistance bands are ideal to strengthen and balance the core, spine, hips and shoulders and other joints.


Bands are provided for use during classes to build mobility, stability and endurance.


These classes are also Dr Stuart McGill based.

 - therefore suitable for all at different levels and abilities.

Chair options available, if more appropriate. (Mix & Match)
