Pilates & Yoga modified & exluded postures for better posture, movement & health. (All based on the Dr Stuart McGill proven methodology & research based evidence)

 

The American and Canadian armed forces follow the McGill methodology. No more forward bending eg sit-ups, roll downs and other dangerous postures. This has resulted in a big reduction in spine injuries amongst the G.I.'s. At the same time core muscles have become stronger. A classic case of more for less, a key theme with all aspects of PilogaFit corrective exercise. 

The scientific emphasis is on working smarter, not harder.

* The exercise classes are suitable for anyone, regardless of age or level of fitness. But If you are pregnant or suffer from any illness or injury, you should seek medical advice before beginning any exercise programme. If you have issues, please discuss with your Doctor.
