Science Based - PilogaFit

Pilates & Yoga modified & exluded postures for better posture, movement & health. (All based on the Dr Stuart McGill proven methodology & research based evidence)


The American and Canadian armed forces follow the McGill methodology. No more forward bending eg sit-ups, roll downs and other dangerous postures. This has resulted in a big reduction in spine injuries amongst the G.I.'s. At the same time core muscles have become stronger. A classic case of more for less, a key theme with all aspects of PilogaFit corrective exercise. 

The scientific emphasis is on working smarter, not harder.
